Website privacy policy Register and privacy statement This is the register and privacy statement of Anstar Oy, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (sections 10 and 24) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The privacy statement was prepared on 28 March 2019. This privacy statement describes the data we collect about you when you order our services or contact us through the Anstar website, and lists the purposes for which this data may be used. By using the Anstar Oy website, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with this privacy statement. We may change this privacy statement from time to time by publishing a new online version of it, so please check it regularly. Data we collect on the website In order to develop our website, we collect anonymous data about visitors, such as their IP address and information about their browser, operating system settings and ways of using the website. As regards personal data, we only collect data that is sent to us voluntarily. The personal data collected includes the company name and/or person’s first and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, generally available classification information and information on marketing authorisations and prohibitions. If you have enabled cookies in your browser, your IP address can be linked to the information you enter on our website to improve customer communications. Collection of data, regular sources of data We collect data from, for example, messages sent by the customer via an online form, by e-mail, by telephone, through social media, in agreements, at customer meetings and in other situations where the customer provides us with information. Storage of data Personal data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary according to the purpose of use, agreement or law. The storage time may vary depending on the purpose of use and type of agreement. Unnecessary data will be deleted. The data file collected will be protected and handled carefully. Digital and physical data security will be appropriately attended to, and the controller will ensure that personal data and server access rights are processed confidentially and by authorised employees only.   How do we use the data collected?

Right to be forgotten Persons whose data has been collected in the data file have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. A request for deletion must be responded to within the timeframe stipulated in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
