This privacy statement describes the data we collect about you when you order our services or contact us through the Anstar website, and lists the purposes for which this data may be used. Data we collect on the website In order to develop our website, we collect anonymous data about visitors, such as their IP address and information about their browser, operating system settings and ways of using the website. As regards personal data, we only collect data that is sent to us voluntarily. The personal data collected includes the company name and/or person’s first and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, generally available classification information and information on marketing authorisations and prohibitions. If you have enabled cookies, your IP address can be linked to the information you enter on our website to improve customer communications. Collection of data, regular sources of data We collect data from, for example, messages sent by the customer via an online form, by e-mail, by telephone, through social media, in agreements, at customer meetings and in other situations where the customer provides us with information. Storage of data Personal data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary according to the purpose of use, agreement or law.
