Mikko Kuusilehto joins the board as a new member, whom we warmly welcome. At the same time, we would also like to thank Kimmo Määttänen for his valuable contribution to the board over the past four years.

Mikko Kuusilehto
I am a graduate in process engineering and have been the CEO of Kuusakoski Oy, Finland's leading industrial recycling group, since 2018. Prior to this, I have accumulated over ten years of experience in various leadership positions in Finnish family businesses both domestically and abroad.
I firmly believe that successful SMEs need not only successful products and services but also leadership that relies on company values to create a sustainable corporate culture that withstands the storms brought by the modern world. The resilience of these is tested daily, and I am convinced that Anstar's owner-driven and positively led corporate culture provides the keys to succeed even in challenging situations. I am very excited to join the board of Anstar, and I believe that my work experience will help strengthen Anstar's efforts to create sustainable and successful business in the future.
My family includes my wife and three children on the verge of adulthood. My free time is filled with gym workouts and skiing in winter, and I am actively involved with my family outdoors, cycling, running, and hiking.
Tapio Pitkänen
I am a 63-year-old engineering graduate from Askola, specializing in building construction. I have worked in leadership positions in the construction product and construction industry for over 30 years, including more than 15 years as a CEO.
I am constantly learning new things and actively involved in developing the property and construction industry. I see a positive future for the construction industry in sustainable development, circular economy, social responsibility, and digitalization. As a board professional, I am inspired by Anstar's ambition to be a leading company in its field and the most sought-after partner.
My family includes a wife, four children, and two grandchildren. In my spare time, I engage in various sports activities, such as jogging, swimming, skiing, and golf, maintaining an active lifestyle. Recently, I have also challenged myself with learning to play the ukulele.
Seppo Raiski
I am an engineer from Espoo, graduated from the Helsinki University of Technology. I have been working at A-Insinöörit Suunnittelu Oy since 1994, currently as vice president and a shareholder.
I specialize in repair and expert services and have been involved in various leadership positions and A-Insinöörit boards for over 16 years. My core competencies include project supervision, design leadership, and developing concrete structural systems and alternatives. I have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. My strengths include developing solutions and leading projects. My mission is to sustainably care for the digitally built environment throughout its lifecycle. It is exciting to be on Anstar's board, developing the company strongly towards growth.
My family includes a wife, one adult child in Australia, and two children studying at Aalto University. In my free time, I play racquet sports and have won three senior Finnish championships in racketlon.
Petri Strengell
I am a 61-year-old engineering graduate from Ristiina, and I studied at Lappeenranta University of Technology. My thesis was for Raute Oyj's former subsidiary, Infor Oy, located next to Anstar Oy.
My career continued at Infor for a few years before moving to Raute's Uusikylä factory. At Raute, I have worked in various operational positions for over thirty years, including in international environments, such as North America and China. I have been a member of Anstar Oy's board since 2020. Board work has been interesting, and it is a pleasure to continue working in a growth-oriented environment with a good team.
My family includes my wife, two adult children, and a Nova Scotia retriever named Helmi. I often spend my free time outdoors with my dog. Mountain biking and skiing are also favorite leisure activities of mine. I actively follow hockey, soccer, and motorsports.
These members bring diverse and rich experiences to Anstar's board, contributing significantly to the company's ongoing growth and success.
