Anstar joins the Pärnu Lai 20 project
The cornerstone of the Lai 20 project rising in the heart of Pärnu, was laid in a festive ceremony. The new apartment building will offer high-quality living in a unique setting, combining a modern appearance with luxurious details.
Anstar is contributing to the project by supplying about 200 A-BEAM S® composite beams, totalling roughly one kilometre in length, along with AOK® supports. These solutions ensure a robust structural frame and rapid installation.
Future residents of Lai 20 will enjoy exceptionally large balconies of up to 100 m², floor-to-ceiling windows, and high ceilings that make the interiors bright and spacious. Each apartment will be finished with premium, luxurious materials. The striking façade will be clad in natural slate, and the building is targeting an energy-efficient A-rating. Convenience is further enhanced by an underground parking garage.
The developer is VP Kinnisvara, the main contractor is Grik Ehitus, and the frame erection is handled by Reme Grupp.
