Anstar Oy to deliver composite beams for NCC’s Next Keilaniemi
Anstar Oy has received a significant order for composite beams. The company will deliver 2.5 kilometres of concrete-filled A-BEAM W® composite beams for the Next Keilaniemi building. The developer and main contractor for the project is NCC.
The office building project pays special attention to the principles of sustainable construction. In addition to composite beams, Anstar will deliver other steel parts for the site.
“One of the good things about our composite beams is the fact that they are already concrete-filled when they arrive on the site. This enables quicker construction and improves moisture control. It is an honour to be selected for such a great project. Keilaniemi Next will be a prominent landmark in the area,” says Tero Viljakainen, Managing Director of Anstar.
Keilaniemi Next will provide a total of 9,500 square metres of office space. Its gross floor area will be 10,000 square metres. The building is scheduled for completion in 2021.
